The main difference between the manga Kakegurui and Kakegurui Twin is the focus on different characters. Kakegurui follows the story of Yumeko Jabami, a new transfer student at Hyakkaou Private Academy who disrupts the social hierarchy through her gambling skills. On the other hand, Kakegurui Twin centers around Mary Saotome and her experiences before Yumeko's arrival at the academy. While both series are set in the same school and revolve around high-stakes gambling, they offer unique perspectives and character dynamics. **

In the final episodes of Kakegurui, Yumeko Jabami faces off against the Student Council President, Kirari Momobami, in a high-stakes gamble. The intense gambling match reaches its climax with a surprising twist, ultimately leading to a resolution that shakes up the hierarchy of the school. The series ends with a sense of uncertainty and anticipation for what lies ahead for the characters. **

While the anime Kakegurui does contain some elements of yuri, such as suggestive interactions between female characters, it is not primarily focused on yuri relationships. The main focus of the show is on high-stakes gambling and psychological battles between the characters. So, while there are yuri undertones present, they are not the central theme of the anime. **
