Industrial bread is often considered worse than traditional bread because it is mass-produced using refined flour, artificial additives, and preservatives. This results in a product that lacks the nutritional value and flavor of traditional bread, which is typically made with simple, natural ingredients like whole grains, water, yeast, and salt. Additionally, industrial bread is often made using a fast fermentation process, which can lead to a less complex and less developed flavor compared to the slow fermentation process used in traditional bread making. Overall, traditional bread is often considered to be of higher quality and more nutritious than industrial bread. **
